Welcome to March. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our website. Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and Agreement

·         Product Information: We do our best to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. However, colors or details may vary slightly in reality from what is shown on the website.

·         Price: All prices displayed on the website are in Euros and exempt from VAT pursuant to the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). Shipping costs are excluded unless stated otherwise.

·         Agreement: An agreement is established when you place an order and receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. As long as you have not received a confirmation, there is no binding agreement. 

4. Payment
You can pay through the payment methods offered on our website, such as [ideal, credit card, PayPal]. Payments must be made at the time of ordering. Only after receiving full payment will we process and ship your order.

5. Delivery

·        Shipping costs: The shipping costs are € 5.95 euros for the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands you pay € 10.95 euro. Free shipping over orders above € 100 euros.

·        Shipping address: Make sure you enter the correct delivery address. March is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

·        Delivery time: Packages are shipped within 48 hours, excluding pre-orders. We ship with PostNL for domestic orders and international carriers for international deliveries.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform March by:

March will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request by e-mail without undue delay.

Return of Goods

The consumer shall return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying March of the withdrawal.

The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Products must be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

March will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

March may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

·      7. Warranty and conformity

·       Quality: March guarantees that the products delivered comply with the agreement and the specifications listed on the website.

·       Complaints: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@march-amsterdam.com We will remedy the defect as soon as possible through replacement, repair, or (partial) refund, depending on the situation.

·       Warranty exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligence is not covered by the warranty.

 

8.  Liability

·        Limitation: March shall not be liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our website or products. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

·        Force Majeure: March is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

 

9. Privacy Policy

When placing an order or creating an account, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and payment information. We treat this data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can find on our website.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of March and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from March.

 

11. Changes to the general conditions

March reserves the right to change these general conditions at any time. We encourage you to regularly review the terms and conditions. In case of significant changes, we will inform you via our website or by e-mail. The amended terms and conditions will apply to new orders placed after the date of amendment.

 

12. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements and disputes between March and the client are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district in which March is located.
