• Product Information: We do our best to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. However, colors or details may vary slightly in reality from what is shown on the website.

• Price: All prices on our website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. These costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process.

• Agreement: An agreement is established when you place an order and receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. As long as you have not received a confirmation, there is no binding agreement. A pre-order can therefore not be cancelled.

4. Payment

You can pay through the payment methods offered on our website, such as [ideal, credit card, PayPal]. Payments must be made at the time of ordering. Only after receiving full payment will we process and ship your order.

5. Delivery

• Delivery time: We do our best to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible. Delays may occur; in that case we will keep you informed.

• Shipping costs: The shipping costs are € 6.95 euros for the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands you pay € 12.95 euro.
• Shipping address: Make sure you enter the correct delivery address. March is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt without giving any reason. You can return the product within this period, provided the product is in original condition, unused, and if possible in its original packaging.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund: Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 7 days.

7. Warranty and conformity

Quality: March guarantees that the products delivered comply with the agreement and the specifications listed on the website.
Complaints: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@march-amsterdam.com We will remedy the defect as soon as possible through replacement, repair, or (partial) refund, depending on the situation.
Warranty exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligence is not covered by the warranty.

8.  Liability

• Limitation: March shall not be liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our website or products. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
• Force Majeure: March is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
